The Rabbits and the
Frogs
These rabbits were surrounded by
enemies who were waiting to catch them, and eat them all up.
These rabbits were very scared that they would be
eaten up.
So they all thought
together, and made a choice.
They
had no choice but to go, and die together.
So the rabbits decided to go to the pond, and go
drown.
So they all hopped to the
pond.
And when they got to the
pond, they saw these frogs who were surprised to see them.
And they were, these frogs were very scared, and
leaped into the pond, and went to hide them.
And one rabbit came out, and said, "Hey, friends,
we don't need to die.
Look at the
other poor animals.
They are more
scared than us.
And the rabbits
stopped, and went back home.
토끼와
개구리
토끼들은 항상
자기들을 잡아 먹으려고 기다리는 적들로 둘러싸여 있었어요.
토끼들은 자기들이 잡혀 먹힐까봐 아주 두려워
하였어요.
그래서 그들은
모두 함께 생각하여, 결심을 하였어요.
“우리는 가서 함께 죽는 방법밖에
없어요.”
그래서 토끼들은
연못으로 가서 빠져 죽기로 결심했어요.
그래서 모두 연못으로
뛰어갔어요.
그들이 연못에
도착했을 때, 자기들을 보고 놀라는 개구리들을 보았어요.
개구리들은 아주 겁을 먹고, 연못으로 뛰어들어
숨었어요.
한 토끼가 나와서
말했어요,
“이봐, 친구들,
우리는 죽을 필요가 없겠어.
다른 가련한 동물들을 봐.
그들은 우리보다 더 두려워
하잖아.“
그래서 토끼들은
멈추고, 집으로 돌아갔어요.
